How much water are you really drinking a day?

My OB said I should be drinking a Gallon a day. Seems like an insane amount of water.

No sure what onces a bottle equated to, but I get 12-15 glasses a day.  At noon I am already at 6.  But I am a water drinker.  No soda or juice here!  The doc is right- you need a lot of water while prego.  I had a girlfriend that was hospitalized due to dehydration (not from MS).  And ended up having her baby 12 wks early!

Since getting my BFP I've cut out all caffeine entirely. I drink about 3 bottles of water a day, plus one glass of fruit juice and a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade. My Dr said these count as water since they are mostly water. Also skim milk counts, yogurt, and brothy soups too.

I've always been a water drinker only. I will get a little wild once in a while and throw in a cherry Pepsi 😄
