Hcg level 1!

Only had spotting 3 days in Feb. AF was do the 18th still hasn't showed, had a blood test today my level was 1. Does anyone have any advice. The nurse said if AF doesn't show by next to come back and have it done again. Been getting faint hcg test at home. Someone please help.
