Overweight :/ Help!!!!!
I'm 19, 5'7, and a 196 pounds. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and just started going to the gym regularly (5 night's a week) cause I have never been this out of shape in my life. I've always been curvy but around 140 pounds. I've been doing 30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 on the stationary bike, and lifting weights. Is this a good workout to get back in shape and tone up some? Also, when will I really start to show and feel the baby move? Here's my 18 week photo.
