Abs Sore?

I'm 11 weeks and my abs feel really sore - like I did 500 sit-ups. Besides a little walking I haven't been that active. Anyone else get this feeling?

You should maybe cut back your body is stretching out and soon your abs will be gone . And if your anything like me you'll be walking round with a keg instead of a six pack soon lol! I've just gone 11w and have a nice bump now... Your bump is probably on its way of your feeling a few twinges too :)

I had the same soreness a few weeks ago. I don't think it's anything to worry about. It went away within a few days and it hasn't came back.
