Woke up a little over an hour ago to go to the bathroom and felt this crazy pressure on my pelvis. I pee and when I stand up I realize that my underwear is wet. There was about a shot glass size of watery liquid. I sat down again and wipe and noticed there was some pink mucous. My underwear hasn't been soaked since but I did have to change it one more time. Whatever is coming out appears to have a pinkish tint to it (sorry for tmi). I've been experiencing pretty strong period like cramps that start in my back. Could this be it or is it just another false alarm?
