Cramps that won't go away

So I have been cramping since about 1 AM it is now 3:57 AM and they're not lighting up they seem to be getting worse it's just a really sharp pain in the middle of my stomach. should I go to the er if it doesn't stop ? I'm not even sure what's going on I'm not pregnant as far as I know
