During pregnancy: Soy, almond, regular milk?

I just found out I am pregnant. What is the best "milk" to drink? After you vote, please comment with brands you like or hate and any reasons behind your vote. Thanks! I'm totally clueless.

My Obgyn, recommends full fat milk. Less added sugar and other junk.

Unless you are lactose intolerant, real milk will give you the best protein, fat and calcium combination. I would recommend sticking to 2% or 1%.

I drink almond milk. I try not to consume mass amounts of dairy because of what I've read about it so I go with unsweetened almond milk. A good source of plant based calcium too.

I've actually Read that if your going to drink milk (which,you shouldn't rly, no other animal drinks ANOTHER animals breast milk for its while life...) that you should drink whole milk, because they need to do things to reduce the fat in 1 and 2% milk. Sort of like diet products, there still horrible for you.  That's just the info I've heard, have what you will of it. I rarely drink/use milk but when do I do use almond or 1% normal milk.

I wouldn't drink soy as it isn't recommended. I think the others are fine, I would drink both. Whole milk is a more balanced milk and almond is more of a light sugar drink.

Drink what you have been used to. Don't deprive yourself! Have that bowl of cereal! That milkshake! That cold glass of milk with your cookies! Enjoy being pregnant!!

Almond milk, coconut milk, occasionally soy. I'm a vegan though so I don't drink "regular" milk
