One a day... Decaf of course :) but you're allowed 200mg of caffeine daily

My struggle isn't with coffee. It's with diet coke. I've almost completely cut out diet coke and substitute unsweet tea instead but that also has caffeine. I'm not so much worried about the caffeine as I am the aspartame that's in diet coke. So I feel better about drinking the unsweet tea. I just wish I could completely cut it all out 😔

Yes. I work at Starbucks but I only have about three a week.  A regular cup of coffee has much more caffeine then espresso for those trying to watch how much FYI!

My doctor told me I could have 2 cups a day if they are just regular sized cups and not super strong (no espresso, obvi) but I have been sticking to just one a day to be safe.

I tried to stop.when i got my bfp but i got massive headaches and with a toddler, thats not a good thing...so i went to 6oz coffee but filled my cup up the rest of the way with skim milk and one Tbs of coconut sugar. It helps!

I absolutely love coffee. And since I've found out I'm pg I've quit cold turkey.. just the smell of it smells so good and I miss it in the mornings so much. 8 months will be over soon!!!!  Just in time for hot morning coffee😘
