My husband watches this show called "the 100" and his loves the name Bellamy ( bellame) for a boy. Im on the fence though. What do you think?

I like the show too. :) When i first heard his name i was like, "wth... that name is too "soft" for a boy.!" 
Then i started to like his character and with that i liked the name too. But i personally still think it's too girly as it has Bella and Amy in it. (I think It means handsome btw)

It's unusual but I think it sounds nice. I'm in the UK and when I was little there was a famous TV presenter that did all the nature shows called David Bellamy-he was very old and jolly with a beard and made me think of Santa!!

It's not a name I would pick, but this is not my child. I would say out loud with your last name randomly. You'll have to say this name the rest of your life. Take into account if your child will be spelling it or pronouncing it for other people constantly (school, work, doctor offices, etc.)

I love it but for a girl. Anything ending in the ee sound is feminine to me.

I watch 'the 100' too and Bellamy has grown on me a little bit. Dunno if I would name my child that tho
