So growing up we never really ate a ton of vegetables, so I never learned to like them. As an adult I have tried force feeding myself vegetables, but there are still very few that I enjoy eating. My favorite it asparagus baked or grilled with a light drizzle of olive oil and a dash of sea salt, I could eat it all day long, and I like cauliflower preferably with a little cheese. Steamed broccoli is alright and if I have tiny spritz of liquid aminos (healthier soy sauce alternative) on there I'm loving it, oh and tomatoes (yeah yeah I know they are technically a fruit whatever) but only fresh the texture of cooked tomatoes grosses me out.
So what are your favorite veggies and how do you eat them?
Just keep the Brussels sprouts away 😝 lol.
