Sad day today.

Friday • Sun, Mar 22 • "In the end, we will protect only what we love, we will love only what we understand, and we will understand only what we are taught."

We lost one of our gorillas today. He was very old, and sick, and his mind was beginning to wander a bit, and then he stopped eating. That is a big red flag, so after they observed him and the vets did an exam, they decided to let him go with dignity. It was time, but we are all devastated. 😢
