BFP now bleeding :'(

Yesterday at 10dpo, I woke up and had a feeling I should test. Well got my BFP! Today(11dpo) after a night of celebratory sex with my SO, I started bleeding n cramping like my period :'( Could I still be pregnant or was it just a chemical? I'm really scared to test again as we just suffered a miscarriage in early December...
