First time using these tests, test again tomorrow? Or is this a positive? ​

That's negative. The test line has to be as dark as or darker than the control to be positive. Are you testing more than once a day? I usually got my positives in he afternoon or evening. Actually last cycle I got a complete negative at 8am and a blaring positive at noon that same day.
