After a month straight of mc bleeding is this finally AF?! Need help if you've gone through this

I found out at 9 wks I had a mmc and started cytotec on Feb 8th.  After a month straight of bleeding it finally stopped and I had 11 days of no blood. Then started bleeding again. Can I consider this AF? I read in an article that you have to go at least 20 days without bleeding for it to be considered AF. Is this true? We are so anxious to start TTC again.

I bled for 4 weeks after my d&c and got my period 5 weeks 6 days after d&c, so I only had 13 days of no bleeding before I got af.

Ugh I took a hpt this morning to make sure the hcg has gone and I'm still getting a very faint line. Is that normal? Will I still ovulate?
