Help with glow please!

Hi guys, I don't understand what's going on with this app, or probably I did something wrong, I didn't get my period when I was supposed to because 3 days before AF I got a positive opk so I introduced the new data and then It changed into a new cycle,( which is ok)  but even thought I have been not mansTruating I only get insights as I am! every time I insert emotions or physical changes. I have just went back to my data and that it is all correct but it says I have only 2,9% chances of getting preg. The day of ovulation? And the day before and after as well? Is there anyway I can reset the whole cycle to start all over again? Thanks in advance!
