I'm having a dating ultrasound tomorrow and am scared to death something could be wrong! I'm 12wk 2 day from LMP but have long cycles so thinking more like 10-11 wks. Only had one paperwork appt so far so haven't seen or heard baby yet and just really nervous. I have no reason to be, no spotting or cramping or anything so I feel silly. Anyone else feel like this before seeing it?
