Ovulation??

Has anyone ever thought they ovulated later in their cycle, when actually you ovulated right after your period!! I'm starting to think that's me!! Today it's showing that I'm suppose to ovulate today but the test isn't showing that!! I tested 3 days prior and the 1st day I recieved a faint line, so I tested up until now to see if it would get darker but there is no test line?? Do you think I tested to late or maybe I ovulate sooner than I think. P.s after my period I'm always extremely wet for no reason could that be when I'm most fertile?
