Trigger with 6 follicles!

I had my scan today and I have 4x 18mm and 1x 20mm and 1x 22mm, 1x 14.5mm follicles on the right ovarie and 1x18 and 1x 12 mm follicles on the left with clomid and gonal f combo cycle. I rang my clinic which is abroad  thinking they would cancel my iui but they have advised trigger with ovitrelle 250mcg. They said if I can get to the clinic tomorrow I should trigger today and if I cant I should trigger tomorrow. I'm worried about having too many follicles but the clinic at first were worried but when I said I wanted to cancel they said it's going to be fine and not to cancel. They said they are a little concerened about multiples!
