I get mad but then again I think, well he's coming home to me, we have kids and were married! But I still get a lil jealous, and I need to understand he's just being friendly!

I've had many a man be nice to me while the woman at the table is shooting me daggers. I don't get it. I don't want your man. I want to take your order, bring your food and get my tip.

What I have never, ever had happen is a man flirting with me while his so is at the table. Lots of jealous women perceive their man's friendliness as flirting but it's not. Unless he asks for her number or starts being inappropriate, just join in their banter.

Would you rather him not be friendly to someone who handles your food? Idk why you get jealous. Hes just bein polite to someone who doesnt really wanna be there who has to force a smile on their faces so they can make decent tips so they can survive.

If my husband wasn't nice to the waitress I would be disappointed in him. We treat our waiters with the utmost respect and say please and thank you to them every time they come to our table. Flirting with the hairstylist is where I would draw the line...

Mine doesn't flirt with them. In fact, he makes me talk to them if it's a woman haha. And I've yet to meet a waitress that flirts for a tip. The ones I've come across are very respectable.

Would you prefer they treat the server like garbage? I was in the service industry for ten years, and the best judge of character is how people treat those who serve them. My husband is great to service people ( and I don't consider being kind as "flirting"), and I've always respected that about him. There's nothing worse than patrons who are mean to their waitress.

I waited table for six years and trust me I don't care about flirting with your husband. Women need to get off their high horse. Just because a waitress is being nice doesn't mean she wants in your husband's pants...and trust me..we already spit in your food before we brought it to you. Have you never seen Waiting?

I'm kidding. But seriously...I'm a level two sommelier..I make more money than some who graduated college. I don't need to flirt with your husband to make money.
