Exercise and fear of miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in November 2014. I was about 4 weeks along. I am pregnant again :) but I feel like any little thing I do will hurt my baby! I worked out 2-4 days a week before and did a lot of weight training . I was squatting like 135 lb . I weigh 130. I really enjoy weight training but I am so scared to do anything right now. I rode my bike today around the neighborhood then got paranoid because I hit some bumps and potholes. (Louisiana roads suck haha) anyone have any advice on this? I don't see my doctor until april 2. Thanks!
