Can we run when you are trying to conceive
I have turned 31 this Feb and we are trying very seriously for first baby. My AF is due in 2 weeks time and I am over weight. Can I start running while trying to conceive. I am pretty new to this app/community but I found everyone so supportive. Please suggest
