What should I do

So my husband and I have been ttc since June.. We usually have sex right before bed so  after we do it I just go straight to bed and keep my legs tightly closed.. Should I go to the bathroom after 30 mins of laying down?? Is it ok to go to the bathroom after sex??

I know I've read multiple places to lay down for 30 minutes after having sex. But in all honest normally I don't have time to just lay there or want to cuz we don't normally have sex before bed anymore since my husband works graveyard shift now. But I normally always go pee afterwards, I'm pregnant now so idk up to you really whatever your preference is!!
