Irritated breast sign of pregnancy or not?

So my cycle started March 10-14th and my fertile phase was March 16-22nd and my next cycle starts April 4th so that's 13 days away.... today my breast are so tender they feel tight and my nipples are sensitive...I don't even want to be touched there that's how sensitive they are... so my question is could this be a pregnancy sign, period sign or maybe ovulation so may options run through my head.
