OK I bought a forelife digital ultra + plus pregnancy test!

I did one when I got home and I stuffed it up, (didn't read instructions properly) I did one just now and this is what it did, it didn't give me a positive for negative but I pulled the pee strip out and it has two lines? I have one pee insert test thing so can someone help me am I doing it completely wrong or is it faulty? the symbol that showed up on mine it says if that comes up I either peed on the test before inserting it the electronic bit or I didn't lie it flat, but I did everything right!!
