I took plan b a week ago but I am having cramps like a period but no blood or nothing like that I am just cramp,this has been going on every sense I had sex with my boyfriend it seem like when I try to sleep on,my,stomach I start to cramp up too this mostly happens at night around the time I am about to go to bed

Plan b also has side effects of making people Sick.. But a week ago..... I'm not sure you'd still be sick. It could be a coincidence. Its possible you're feeling lower abdomen cramps due to an upset stomach. Try pooping.

Plan b can really mess with your cycle, you could bleed early, spot, bleed late or skip your cycle. It can also make normal cramping worse and and normaly PMS symptoms worse. If it is something that is new as lingering go see your ob/Gyn and get checked out. Sex can cause internal damage and UTIs...so there are a lot of possibilities

And if your concerned go get a pregnacy test at your local store, it's better to know

The plan b is most effective taken right away, each hour you wait the less effective it is.

With that said, it also screws up your cycle to where you may or may not get your period right away.

Because of taking the plan b, I would wait at least a week maybe 2 after your period is due to test.
