Yes only because I all of a sudden had two miscarriages this year and never had an issue getting pregnant with my first two

This is my third and I've been constantly paranoid something will go wrong. First with the fear of miscarriage (I've also had a previous ectopic pregnancy that miscarried on its own). Now I've been having spotting since an accident last week that caused my second trip to the hospital yesterday. This is my last pregnancy and first girl. Think that's why?

I had a miscarriage in august and conceive again in October. I've had cramps and pains this whole pregnancy and have even fell twice!! Also had a subchorionic bleed for 12 weeks and was on bedrest! Now 27 weeks with our third boy and having contractions everyday!! Due to irritable uterus!! Also our last baby as I've had so many scares this time not sure I wanna go at it again after this one! So yes I've been very nervous this time! I think it's normal especially after a loss! Good luck with a healthy happy pregnancy!! :)
