Anyone else cope with Nausea everyday?

How do you cope? I think mine is due to anxiety and I am still trying to find healthy ways to cope with it.

Yes I do. I have pcos and I'm on metformin and it gibves me constant nausea. But before I was on it I was constantly nauseated also and I was sure I was pregnant but nope.

If you take your prenatal in the morning you could try switching to evenings. That made a big differance with my nausea.

I have pcos & endometriosis I wake up everyday with extreme nauesua & pain in my stomach. Some days are better than others & some days I want to kill myself. Its hard to deal with but I think you just have to work through it, I am not on any medicine I take a multivitiam & fish oil everyday. I try to stay active, if your mind is focused on something else its easier to forget abt.

Being nauseated everyday is driving me crazy, I've seen the doc and she put me on promethazine which i love because it helps but if my hubby and I are TTC, she doesn't want me to take it unless I absolutely need it. It's so frustrating because I cant figure out why I'm having this much nausea.

I'm so relieved that someone else is coping with this, I felt like I was the only one and I just felt like I wasn't living my life but just existing and I didn't know what to do, I find it really difficult to talk to people and open up to people but I don't know what I'm going to do, holiday in 12 days and I'm already having panic attacks about it.

Been there. The only thing that helps me is peppermint tea 3 times a day. Usually when I eat. Not sure if it's just the smell or what but it calms my stomach down really quick

I have a friend who is every morning when she wakes up. She is not preggo.
She smokes to help it. Not cigarettes.
It's the only thing she's ever found that does.

If your referring to morning sickness, I had it my whole pregnancy, my doctor  prescribed me something that would help most the time but not always

I get this everyday and have since I was a child. Cutting wheat out of my diet helped tons!! I get it worse every week before I start my period until I come on. Bodies are very strange!
