I just lied to one of my best friends...
I let her believe everything is fine even though I had a d&c on Tuesday. We live in a very small town & I have learned in the past that she has repeated things I have asked her not to repeat. I'm not ready to talk about it yet & have hardly told anyone. I don't want the while town to know & I just don't feel I can trust her. But I feel bad. Am I wrong?
