I'm not a doctor and can only tell you what I am doing, and as always you should consult your own doctor before any type of diet or excercise change, however I will say that my diet was recommended by my doctor.I do low carb with no grains, and no sugar outside of the sugars that naturally occur in fruit. A typical American diet is very high in carbohydrates, which when we have an over abundance of get stored as fat. So a diet with higher fat and protein and low in carb is actually better for you. Eat mostly clean food that is naturally occurring and avoid over processed items. Also excercise is important, for me I do best working out at home because then I don't have any excuses not to go, but others do better being out of the house with no distractions.

My name is Shelby, I'm currently TTC#2, and am only 4lbs away from pre pregnancy weight. However I've always been on the heavier side so I would really like to lose more the baby weight, and I seem to have gotten stuck, could really use advice and support!!! Thanks so much ladies
