Need help understanding! !

So me and my wife been together almost a year. Today we had a talk bout how she doesn't like to Give but like to give oral. It's kinda getting frustrating to me because she doesn't like giving oral because of what someone told her years ago even I tell her what I think of it. It still doesn't matter whenever I want it its like pulling a tooth to get her to do it. Then when she do its just to shut me up I'm getting really annoyed by it. What can I do to let her know to let go of what ppl tell yu. And please your husband
