Try to eat your higher calorie meals earlier in the day, and lower them as the day goes on. I find it helps so much.

It happens... Usually because you deprive yourself of sweets. Try to allow enough calories in your day for a couple cookies, or ice cream, or something that you've limited yourself. Totally eliminating certain foods can cause you to crave them and then binge on them when you get the chance.

If you're feeling hungry at night, eat half an avocado on toast. It will fill you up and keep you full through the night! Avocado is super healthy, it has healthy fats that can really aid in losing weight.

Plus, right now I'm weighing in daily, just to see my fluctuations. If I have more to eat in the evening, I know the scales will tell me that I've gained or not shifted. It's a mental thing, in my head. But it's a great way to not eat at night when your metabolism is lower.

This is bc ur not getting enough protein & fiber. So ur body is searching for more elsewhere. Fiber=keeps u full. Protein needs to b high enough to support ur energy needs.

I used to do that but since going vegan I don't restrict calories because you have to eat more than on a non-vegan diet anyway. Because of that I can genuinely feel full on healthy food alone and I'm losing weight at a healthy rate which is great because I've always lost it fast and put it on again just as quickly 😫 Sometimes I still fancy something at the end of the day but I've started going for dark chocolate (used to hate it before going vegan but I've started liking it) and I rarely overdo it. There are other vegan sweet things for cravings but they're expensive so I just don't buy them.
