Softcup.. yay or nay??

Question

Just doing some research on weather or not menstrual cups r more hygienic than tampons or pads. All opinions welcome.

Menstral cups are THE BOMB! They are a million and two times more higenic, tampons and even disposable pads are HORIBLE for you. They are full of chemicals and toxins. Menstral cups are made from 100% medical grade silicone and you only have to totally replace it every 5 years. Amazing. It takes a learning curve to use them but it's totally worth it. Check out Precious Stars Pads on YouTube, the girl, Bree, is amazing and very knowledgeable. I totally recommend a menstral cup. Good luck!

I've tried them as well. They don't work well during heavy periods and taking them out is kinda gross.

I love using soft cups, but my second day is normally heavy so I wear pads while out and about, and clean it out when I get home

I say yay I just started using them I can't feel them they are not hard to use the only thing I didn't like is if you aren't careful when you remove it then it can be messy. Also I barley ever get cramps but I got a few light ones with soft cup but overall I prefer them over tampns or pads.
