I've heard both answer no until you are 18 because you are a minor and yes you can but you will be file as a runaway and the police won't make you go back home does anyone know or have been through it before? I plan to movie in with my boyfriend which is 18 at his parents which they approve of me moving in because my mom has been called on CPS 6 times and they do not do anything about it but suggest counciling which did not help at all and I do work and will continue to finish school
