Has anyone ever taken this before I heard it supposed to be good for fertility and help you produce healthy eggs ..????

Ladies, it actually decreases egg quality! Please be careful with this. If you read the book “It starts with the egg” there is a whole chapter on it. The only positive thing about in terms of getting pregnant is that it can increase endometrial lining for IVF transfer, for people whose lining might be too thin. But don’t take it for TTC as it might actually make it harder to conceive. Best of luck to all 💛✨
