A redbull a day will...
So when I first started going to university I was drinking a monster a day, then I started taking melatonin which made me temporarily anorexic so I cut that out.
I wasn't drinking a monster a day anymore, cut down to like 2 to 3 per week... did that for a few years and now I'm at a redbull per day, because of my hypothyroid I'm fatigued all the time, a vicious cycle of sugary energy followed by a crash, then unless I get my fix I can barely keep my head up.
So ladies, tell me what kind of damage am I doing to my body... I'm curious and uninformed
