Earliest Pregnancy signs

Hello :)

I recently started feeling like something is definitely different with me. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or if my hormones are just a mess.

In October I suffered from an ectopic pregnancy and had to have emergency surgery. They removed my right tube and ovary. Pretty tough situation but glad to be alive!

I had unprotected sex with my bf on the 4th, 12th, and 18th. Starting on the 14th up until the 18th, I had very light pink spotting and 1 day of dark brown. Not enough to even fill up a panty liner. But these last week and a half I have been having dull cramping, lower back pain and my thighs/legs hurt.

Not sure if its my hormones or pregnancy. I have taken a test but I believe its too early. I finally have a dr appt tomorrow to see whats going on. Hopefully there is enough time to actually tell if I am. Just curious on everyone else's experiences.
