Just coming off birth control. My cycles are very regular. Just very anxious but also nervous due to being on the pill for 7 years.

Good luck to you! My periods were always regular before stopping the pill. When I got off I didn't get a period for three months and I'm still not regular. It has been a horrible time learning about my body again and getting myself sorted out. Hopefully you are one of the girls who can get off and go back to a normal cycle right away.
