I'm new to this. Please give me advice.

I'm new to this <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">GLOW app</a> and trying to figure it out. I'm also on what's called a Depo shots for my period. I get them every 3 months. My 2nd is the 1st of April. Can anyone give me advice on how to keep track on your period and tell me more about Depo shots for those who are on it?
