I made a binder. It has calendar pages ; my "pre-conception plan" which consisted of a checklist of things I needed to do before I got pregnant like quit drinking, start prenatals, and make an ophthalmologist, dentist and doctors appointment to confirm I was in good health beforehand; my birth plan, and a "daddy prep" plan/checklist for my husband to help him prepare for pregnancy and birth as well.

Now that I'm pregnant I have added an updated birth plan, my ultrasound pictures and copies of all lab test results I have gotten.

I'm a little OCD I keep a notebook for almost everything. Not like the when and how of BD but feelings appointments etc.
