Just got the implant in last week. Had minimal bruising but arm was very sore for a few days. Would like to know how it's been working for anyone else?

I've heard a lot of negative stuff like spotting months on end, curious to know about people who have a lot of positives from this!?

Hoping my side affects are minimal so I can keep it in the whole three years.

Also any input on physical activity with the arm that has the implant??? Has anyone had any horror stories of it breaking or popping out, should I avoid any activities?

I'm pretty active woth working out, being outdoors, etc and don't want to risk damage if its a possibility....
