Should I not use opks and just bd every other day all month?

I have read that once you stop trying it happens. I feel like opks make me think so much and stress. I guess it doesn't really matter when I ovulate as long as I'm bding a lot.

If they stress you out don't take them. You know about the time you ovulate so just bd every other day during your fertile week. Ovulation kits are great to pin point when you do ovulate but if they stress you out don't do it. Take a breather from them.
