Okay soo, I rarely ever have bad period symptoms, but the past 3 or 4 have been rough. And my current period is awful, soo moody and cramps that make me just wana stayin bed. I think I was crying half the day yesterday, plus I'm bleeding much more heavier than usual. I used a different kind of tampon than I usually use this time, could that have anything to do with why this one is so much worse than my others? Any insights, suggestions or wisdom is welcomed and accepted please comment. Thank you!
