What do you do when you get a BFN?

I do get down, but I find I have this crazy burst of energy to plan for the next step. I call doctors, I demand additional tests (which is how, after one BFN, I got them to find the large cysts I have on each ovary). I become obsessed with planning for a day or two, which distracts me and helps me focus on the positive: what we can do next. But now - after medication, surgery, etc. - the next step is IVF, and I am terrified what will happen if that fails several times and I am left without an obvious next step to plan with those BFNs.

I carry on with my life. I dove into a huge depression four years ago and it really took a toll on my relationship 💑 and my self esteem. I refuse to go back to that person. Bfn today… who knows,  bfp next week. You just gotta keep moving. Everything will happen when it's supposed to
