TMI pic! What is this?

Posting for a friend. She said this came out of her vagina on the first day of her period today, anybody have a clue what it could be? She is on the Xulane bc patch.

Omg! I had this exact thing happen right when my period started a year ago! I was on the depo shot at the time. I took mine to my doc. She said it like a membrane lining for a hard period. If it's the same, it's nothing to worry about. But I'd check with doc just in case.
