Sore nipples!!! 😩

I have had super tender nipples for the past 3 days. Today they are better. It started on 7 or 8 DPO. And Lower back pain on Monday. AF is expected April 4th. I've had nipple soreness in the last right before my cycle, but never two weeks before my cycle. Trying not to think to much into it. Just wanted to know what you ladies thought?
