Okay girls. This is my fourth pregnancy.  However I only have one living child and all the other times I didn't know I was pregnant this early on. So what are your symptoms or were your symptoms at 4 weeks??

Very emotional! At that point I cried over everything!

That early on I think the only sign I had was pain starting from my back, through my hips to abdomen.

Extreme fatigue!

I am 4 weeks now and sore boobs and sensitive nipples. Also very moody!

At 4 weeks I didn't have any symptoms. I found out when I was 5 weeks and I probably started having symptoms around 6 weeks. Very sensitive boobs/nipples, I was very tired. I slept early and I slept in late and I took naps during the day lol.
