Anyone else overwhelmed?

My baby shower was on Sunday and we got a ton of stuff! My due date is May 15th and her room is not even close to being done. Anyone else feel overwhelmed by all the stuff they have to do before but the baby gets here? I've separated the stuff I got at the shower, washed all of her clothes and packed our hospital bags but there's still so much to do!

I ain't pack my bag till my water broke... Ain't even have a car seat when I got to the hospital.. And put her crib together the day she came home..... Trust your doing better then what I did!!!

I just write to do lists and check them off as I go. I'm 37 weeks now and pretty much everything that could be done is already done. When I get that nesting urge I just end up cleaning the house again lol

I'm due May 4th and feel super behind! The nursery is under construction and my shower is this weekend so I haven't really bought anything because I want to see what we get first. I'm starting to feel like I know nothing about babies and am so anxious for him to be here but scared too!

I'm completely done her room, buying clothes, stocking up on diapers, and everything but I have this overwhelming feeling that I NEED to clean my room/her nursery EVERYDAY. I want to clean windows, wash walls, wash floor boards, vacuum, dust everything, etc. I'm only 29 weeks 😩

Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to organize and get stuff together once baby arrives. As long as you have bottles and formula (or your breasts ready ), diapers and wipes ready, you'll be good to go!

My shower isn't until 38 weeks. I have nothing ready yet but I'm not concerned. Babies don't "need" a lot. Clothes to go home in and a car seat are all that's really needed if labor starts.
