It just means that there is a lot of HCG in your body ☺️ Twins also come from the mothers side and not the dad's side 😊

Its based on your hcg there is no way possible to tell if your having twins without an ultrasound. An hcg blood test is the only way to kind of get somewhat of a hint.. If it keeps more then doubling then its possible
