I'm 6 weeks today. No Nausea or other symptoms
I am worried. The only symptoms I have is sore boobs and fatigue sometimes. Is it a worrying thing? Got a positive pregnancy test on the day of expected period.Also confirmed a day later by blood test. Why am I not getting any nausea or morning sickness? My doc appointment is not until mid April.
