What qualifies as "first morning urine"?

Sometimes I get up at 4 or 5 am to pee but then I go back to bed. Does that count? Or is getting up again at 8 or 9 to pee again suffice?

Answer

It's not the time of the day that matters,  it's how long you've held it. The 8am-9 will be fine if it's been at least 4ish hours since your last pee.
